WANTED: SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Roofing Industry, willing to train roofing JWC is a leader in the Storm Restoration Industry. The company has a strong sales and work ethic that it employs to help storm victims restore their properties. We are looking for mature individuals that are coachable, can learn the company's systems and processes and work in a fast paced environment independently and confidently building on their business acumen and sales backgrounds. We seek sales professionals of unwavering resolve to conquer the storm-ravaged streets, the sun-scorched driveways, and the doubting homeowners. You will face slammed doors, skeptical glances, and fierce competition. Your tools: resilience, persuasion, and an iron will. Sales Representative- Roofing Responsibilities: * Canvassing neighborhoods for prospects that have had roof and exterior damage due to wind and hail storms. * Door to Door sales that focus on providing free roof inspections and estimates. * Conducting Inspections of roofs and exteriors and documenting damage via pictures, measurements and notes. * Providing prospects with information about damage to their property, the insurance restoration process, as well as, the JWC background and services. * Completing a scope using the company's proprietary software. * Presenting findings to prospects and closing roof reconstruction Agreements based on cash or insurance proceeds. * Providing proper documentation to the inside production team to begin roofing and reconstruction projects. * Being present at roofing & reconstruction projects to answer customer questions and attempt to 'sell' JWC services to neighbors. * Complete all necessary paperwork related to the insurance process. * Attend sales meetings. Sales Representative- Roofing Qualifications: * Associates degree preferred but not required * Experience in Outside sales preferred but not required - willing to train * Self Motivated and Driven * Vehicle/ Valid DL/ Insurance * Meets or Exceeds current Sales Goals * Ability to lift 50lbs * Can Climb a ladder and not afraid of heights Sales Representative- Pay/ Benefits: * Pay 100-200k + 6 month base, earning is based on performance.
