POSITION: Logistics Sales Administrator As a Sales Administrator for PGT, you will help brokers and logistics coordinators with their daily administrative tasks. You will have a critical role in managing daily tasks quickly and efficiently. General Job Tasks: * Enter data into company software * Distribute and collect packets from carriers and customers * Assist brokers and logistics coordinators with daily tasks * Input and process shipment information with precise accuracy * Communicate with shippers, receivers, and carriers to ensure our service is flawless * Other administrative duties as assigned Requirements: * Previous administration experience preferred. * Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent customer service and phone skills * Experience with Microsoft Office. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Sense of urgency with ability to work through an ever-changing environment. * Results-oriented focus. * College degree preferred.
