- Position:
- Licensed Medicare Agent Location: 100% Remote (Work from Anywhere) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) About Our Client Our client is a fast-growing leader in the Medicare sales market, offering innovative healthcare solutions nationwide. Backed by strong leadership, proven processes, and high-quality leads, they offer licensed agents the perfect environment to excel and grow long-term residual income streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls (seasonal variations apply).
- Educate and enroll clients in Medicare Advantage plans through a proven, compliant sales process.
- Cross-sell Hospital Indemnity Plans (HIP) and other supplemental products.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools for lead management and follow-ups.
- Ensure strict adherence to CMS compliance guidelines while achieving high conversion rates.
- Prospect for new clients and expand sales opportunities during the Medicare off-season.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (insurance sales preferred).
- Active health insurance license in at least 5 states (with a willingness to expand to 15).
- Highly self-motivated and goal-driven to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
