BLD Marketing, a fast-growing marketing agency with a national portfolio of clients, seeks highly qualified candidates for the position of senior account manager. The senior account manager will be based at the agency's Pittsburgh office. The position will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of agency accounts and candidates should have 5-7 years of agency experience, including B2B. The successful candidate: * Has 5-7 years of experience in account management at a marketing agency. * Is a tenacious self-starter who can handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. * Is able to excel in a team environment and independently, especially in a hybrid work-from-home 2 days, and in the office 3 days structure. * Is dedicated to the very highest standards as they apply to quality of work and client service. * Has earned a bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or advertising. * Possesses a can-do spirit and an intellectual curiosity. * Possesses both a tactical and strategic view of client business and has a hunter mentality to recognize new opportunities for growth. * Possesses the acumen to lead a group of BLD Marketing accounts, serving as the day-to-day contact on the assigned client portfolios and as the custodian of weekly/bi-weekly status meetings with those clients. * Is detail oriented and can drive multiple client projects at once with a focus on deadlines, budgets, and deliverables. * Owns the development and delivery of performance analytics and reporting to the client against established KPIs. * Can collaborate with agency leaders to organize and proactively plan for upcoming activity and new opportunities on existing or new accounts. * Excels at building relationships aimed at engendering trust and confidence in a client through superior service and relationship-building. * Views the opportunity to serve as a client's trusted strategic advisor as a means for client, agency, and personal growth. * Can effectively marshal the services of various agency disciplines to deliver holistic solutions to clients on a variety of platforms - strategic planning, creative development, paid media planning/buying, content marketing/PR, social media, digital, etc. * Can manage client budgets and timelines to drive agency profitability. * Is committed to evolving the account management function at BLD Marketing through team collaboration, process improvements, and adopting new technologies and best practices.
