Responsibilities: As an Appliance Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, guiding them through the appliance selection process and offering expert advice. Your responsibilities will include: * Properly qualify customer's needs and wants, to make strong recommendations. * Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their key benefits and value. * Recruit referral business partners such as building contractors, cabinet shops, designers, landlords, etc. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business. * Continuously stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings. * Maximize profit opportunity on every sale, including accessories, services, warranties, and add-ons.
