Job Summary

: We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to grow our dealer network in the Orlando / Central Florida region. You'll represent our blinds and shades to window covering retailers, showrooms, and designers. This is a field sales position ideal for a self-starter with industry experience.

Responsibilities

:

  • Develop and grow a book of dealer accounts in your territory
  • Visit retail dealers to present product lines and promotions
  • Build strong relationships and provide support to existing customers
  • Report on sales activity, customer needs, and market trends
  • Attend local industry events and trade shows
Qualifications

:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the window coverings or home decor markets
  • Knowledge of blinds, shades, shutters, or related products is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally
Compensation

:

  • Base Salary: $40,000-$50,000/year (depending on experience)
  • Commission: 5-8% of sales, with performance bonuses
  • Monthly car allowance ($500) + mileage reimbursement
  • Paid time off after 6 months
  • Paid training and marketing support Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
