You will have autonomy and career development opportunities leading the implementation of the business development strategy for California, with support from the broader business of passionate leaders, corporate services and operations teams. About you You'll bring technical expertise in geohazard construction/ground engineering and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach that builds trust and long- term client relationships. You are a strong communicator who constructively engage with a broad range of clients, designers and stakeholders.
