Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, service-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. At Pampillonia Jewelers, you will play a pivotal role in building long-lasting relationships with clients, helping them select fine jewelry pieces that celebrate life's most meaningful moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized experience to every client, both in-store and through digital channels.
• Develop deep product knowledge and effectively communicate the quality, craftsmanship, and story behind our jewelry.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through genuine connection, follow-ups, and memorable service.
• Assist clients with custom orders, repairs, appraisals, and other personalized services.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through consultative selling and clienteling.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a clean, welcoming store environment.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Attend product trainings, team meetings, and company events to stay informed and engaged.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or a high-end customer service role preferred.
• Passion for jewelry, fashion, and delivering world-class customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
