Wound Care Liaison Job Description Seeking a Liaison to add to our unmatched team of field professionals. The position requires the Liaison professional to build and maintain a healthy rapport with assigned facilities in our network within LA County, and serve as the point person for potential patient referrals. This is a field position, applying candidates must be comfortable with driving in LA County. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of sales experience. The candidate must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Marketing skills are a huge plus. Bill of Sales is a plus as well. We are a Wound Care Agency that has been in the Industry for over 15 years helping clients achieve successful long-term aging at home with comprehensive, concierge-based care. Responsibilities * Reviewing appropriate referrals * Meeting with patients and/ or caregivers and provide information on our scope of services * Communicating with physicians, and other healthcare professionals * Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with referrals sources * Communicate with and make in-person visits to referral sources such as hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and physician offices * Communicate and/or meeting with patients and families to discuss our services * Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources. Qualifications * Demonstrates excellent communications and public relations skills * Demonstrates organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities * A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Wound Care Industry on Resume * Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Travel reimbursement * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Monthly bonus * Signing bonus Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Wound Care Sales: 1 year (Preferred) * Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: On the road
