I'll try to keep this brief because you're someone who likes to make decisions and take action, right? We're a small business and we're looking to level up our sales department. To put it simply, my leadership team and I are looking for two things: First, someone who is great at closing sales! I know, not a surprising statement considering the job post. But there are lots of mediocre salespeople out there. We need someone with the confidence, experience, and ability to lead and grow our sales department. Second, as the Sales Manager, you will be on the leadership team with us. So, we're looking for someone who makes our leadership team stronger and will contribute to the overall growth and direction of the company. This position starts with a base of $65-75k, but with commissions, you have an opportunity to earn $120k or more each year as you build the department and grow your team. Spotlight Marketing & Branding (that's who we are by the way) provides digital marketing services specifically to law firms nationwide. In addition to managing our small sales team, you're going to be making sales yourself, at least until it makes sense for you to step out of that role. The majority of our leads are inbound, so you will spend most of your day following up with leads, doing sales calls, and connecting with the rest of our teamand hopefully make time for some of the fun things in the office like ping pong! Beyond inbound leads, you also have the freedom to go out and make your own opportunities on top of the leads you're given. In fact, we highly encourage it. We are a small team (just over 20 of us), and if you are the right person I hope you can be part of our team and grow with us. We work in-person in our South End office Monday through Thursday, and Fridays are not only half days but also remote.
