Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology sales and possess excellent customer service skills, enabling them to effectively address client needs and promote our products and services. Duties * Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive lead generation strategies. * Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings. * Negotiate terms and close sales with both new and existing customers. * Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on progress. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products. Qualifications * Proven experience in technology sales or related fields such as retail sales or B2B sales. * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Experience in lead generation and territory sales is highly desirable. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
