Employee Job Requirements: * Manage daily operations for the sales department ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to industry standards. * Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for new and used powersports * Recruit, train, and motivate a team of professionals fostering a culture of accountability and excellence * Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing escalated issues and maintaining high satisfaction ratings * Oversee inventory management, negotiating to secure competitive pricing and product availability suited to seasonal demands * Monitor budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to maximize dealership profitability * Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong presentation skills Employee Success Profile: * Proven experience in a managerial role within a powersports dealership. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks. * Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff alike. * High School Diploma/GED is required * Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test. * Valid driver's license * Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal/communication skills * Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Work Location: In person
