Additional benefits include: * Revenue sharing * Health insurance coverage * Profit sharing * Vesting plans * Investment options Responsibilities * Complete the PLACE Launch program * Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis * Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable properties * Represent and negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers * Monitor and record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology * Host two open houses each month * Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments * Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards * Take part in team activities as per team guidelines * Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls * Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market their properties * Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
