Responsibilities * Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth. * Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing campaigns. * Manage the sales team, providing training, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team sales targets. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that effectively communicate product benefits. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. * Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. * Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback for senior management. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, preferably within Home Health, Hospice, or DME * Strong skills in cold calling, direct sales, outside sales, and customer service. * Ability to analyze market data and trends effectively. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels. * Proficient in using software tools for CRM and data analysis. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * A proactive approach with a passion for achieving results.
