Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Sling Pilot Academy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aviation and a strong ability to connect with prospective students to drive enrollment. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting our pilot training programs, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding potential students through the enrollment process. Responsibilities

(including but not limited to)

• Assist the sales team with sales and communication of the academy product
• Identify and prospect new potential students through various channels
• Actively make outbound calls to potential leads, introducing the flight school's programs and offerings, and converting prospects into active inquiries or enrollments.
• Follow up on incoming leads and inquiries promptly to ensure timely communication and customer engagement.
• Handle or delegate all CRM tickets and inquiries
• Assist prospects in the enrollment process, including course selection, registration, and payment plans.
• Achieve sales targets and quotas for student enrollments.
• Assist in promoting the school's offerings through advertising materials and events
• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM system.
• Provide reports on sales activities and enrollment progress to management. Required

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years customer service experience
• 2+ years sales experience
• 1-2 years' experience with CRM, preferred Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA's)
• Excellent interpersonal, sales and customer service skills
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to successfully work with others as part of a team to achieve established goals
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, or related software
• Passion for aviation and knowledge of the flight training industry, highly preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per year
