Automotive Sales Consultant Austin Ford Jeep is looking to hire an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team in Austin MN. Come join us as we grow! New Ford AND Jeep Showroom, New Customer Lounge and Service Advisors area We are a growing dealership that is dedicated to serving our community with the highest quality sales process and maintenance experience. The ideal candidate for this role would have previous experience in a sales or customer service experience! Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers to communicate with about the dealership, available vehicles and other services offered
• Create appointments from leads via phone or email
• Educate customers on various makes and models in-house, including direct comparisons and upselling opportunities
• Accurately discuss pricing, add-ons, maintenance scheduling, and more
• Stay up to date on vehicle inventory
• Work with management to establish sales goals and measurables for performance related compensation
• Be enthusiastic about our dealership and help drive sales through quality interactions
• Assist management in other duties as needed Job

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales environment required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and able to stay knowledgeable about a variety of vehicles
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Driven to close the sale Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
