Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations. * Conduct thorough presentations of vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options. * Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and ensuring accurate information is provided to customers. * Utilize sales support tools and software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and follow up on potential sales. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance. * Maintain knowledge of current market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to effectively position our vehicles. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive buying experience. * Assist in outside sales efforts by attending community events or promotions to generate leads.
