Job Summary: We are in need of a motivated and enthusiastic individual to be our Wellness Ambassador. If you are passionate about dogs and would like a career in promoting their health and well-being then you might be the person we are looking for. As the Wellness Ambassador, your goal is to promote the organization's values among dog families. Are you a dynamic multi-tasker, with good communication skills, sales background a plus; then we would like to speak with you. Responsibilities: You are an essential part of the Pack, and you are passionate about driving membership sales, motivating a team, and creating an elevated client experience. You represent the brand including product, community, operations, and people. You have strong customer service, communication, and sales skills as well as provide in-the-moment and ongoing feedback for your team. You will be expected to drive sales numbers and membership growth which may include Pop-Up events to increase brand awareness and residential/commercial door to door outreach to create interest and membership sign ups. Wellness Ambassadors will need to drive sales by organizing pre-sale and in-house events, implementing community outreach programs, developing partnerships, and building a deep list of clients to achieve company-set KPIs for revenue and membership retention in the King of Prussia community. Qualifications - Strong Sales and consultative closing background. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; with a focus on customer service - A love for customer service and a genuine desire to promote dogs health and wellness. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual proficiency and experience in upselling are a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $38,500.00 - $48,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Shift: * Day shift Ability to Commute: * Newtown Square, PA 19073 (Required) Work Location: In person
