POSITION OVERVIEW Located just minutes outside of Omaha! We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven senior living advisor with a track record in success to grow our community's occupancy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing the sales and marketing activity of the community. Perks & Benefits: * Birthday & anniversary PTO * Tuition Assistance * Double pay on holidays * PTO accrual on DAY 1 * Free Employee Assistance Program * Referral Bonus * Free meal during shift * Employee Recognition Program * Discounts through Verizon and AT&T * Pay Advance Program * Medical and Prescription Drug Insurance including Dental and Vision * Basic Term Life/AD&D * 401K * Flexible Spending Account for Dependent Care ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure community is meeting or exceeding leasing expectations and sales goals through strong conversion metrics. * Work closely with direct supervisor, Regional Director, Sales in the development and execution of the community's sales and marketing plan. * Meet the sales activity standards, as determined by the vice president, sales and marketing including daily prospect calls, weekly outreach visits to referral partners and other performance metrics. * Build strong client relationships through client discovery, tailored solutions that align needs with services offered, solid closing techniques and consistent post-sales activities. * Ensure flawless first impression of community via management of daily tour path checklist. * Spearhead community's social media channels, ensure reputation management goals are met and respond to online inquiries according to company guidelines. * Monitor execution of the marketing budget to ensure forecasts match expenditures. * Perform timely and efficient lead database activities for all prospects and referral partners within company's Customer Relationship Management system. * Analyze market demands and competitor data by completing competitive market analyses. * Engage in regular sales calls with corporate office VP, Sales & Marketing + Director, Sales & Marketing. * Ensure detailed and timely input of all creative and collateral requests via Zendesk. * Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * Relevant bachelor's degree and 2+ years related sales experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED * Ability to work extended and weekend hours on occasion to support leasing goals. * Experience with state and federal guidelines for assisted living and dementia. * Knowledge of HIPAA requirements. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in senior living preferred.
