Benefits Base Salary ($19/hr.)with Commissions Bonus Opportunities Weekends off Holidays Off Career Development & Growth Team Building Activities Hands On Training Performance Bonuses Professional Work Environment Responsibilities * Process customer policy change requests. * Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. * Handle all incoming claim calls from customers. * Complete Evidence of Insurance requests. * Document each customer contact in our database. * Take premium payments from customers. * Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. * Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. * Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. * Provide on-going support to insurance clients as needed. Requirements * Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. * Create relationships from a cold start. * Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. * Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. * Confident, self-starter who works well independently. * Professional phone etiquette. * Property & Casualty insurance license is not required but you must be willing to obtain this within a reasonable time frame. * Strong communication skills, both oral and written. **Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is Required Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Paid time off Shift: * Day shift * Morning shift Work Location: In person
