You must bring energy and a positive attitude to every task, stay strong in tough situations Duties and Responsibilities: * Accurately manage and update the customer database with detailed information. * Handle incoming sales leads and inquiries through phone, email, and online chat, ensuring prompt and professional communication. * Proactively follow up with potential customers to schedule appointments or provide additional information. * Help customers find the right vehicle that fits their needs and budget, offering information about product features, pricing, and promotions. * Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with customers, ensuring a smooth and positive sales experience. * Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
