Sales Associate Wanted for a Major Japanese Food Trading Company in Las Vegas, Nevada HRAIT, a recruiting agency, is seeking a Sales Associate to join a team at a leading Japanese food trading company in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Sales Associate will act as the company's main sales representative and will be responsible for achieving both short-term and long-term sales goals for the Institutional Customer Division. The primary objective is to maintain existing customers within the assigned area. This position requires coordinating sales activities and promotions with other employees, managers, customers, and clients based on their needs, concerns, and schedules. No prior experience is necessary to apply for this position. Job Responsibilities: * Visit customer and potential customer facilities to provide information and support as needed to acquire and maintain business. * Establish, maintain, and develop business, social, and civic relationships with customers in the assigned area to maximize profitability. * Responsible for selling products to all customers in the assigned area. * Grow business by anticipating customer needs, determining appropriate solutions to business problems, and providing a high level of customer service. * Communicate plans to customers and effectively manage resources to support sales volume. * Communicate new product and service opportunities, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. * Cooperate with the accounting department to ensure the collection of accounts receivable. * Assist in establishing sales objectives for the area in cooperation with (Assistant) Sales Managers. * Cooperate with assigned Operation and Logistics staff to achieve area sales goals. * Provide timely reporting of field activities to assist in business and product planning. * Submit sales activity reports and other required reports. * Participate in quarterly inventory counts. * Perform other duties as assigned. * Korean or Japanese/English bilingual required.
