You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and collaborating with other departments to deliver outstanding leisure experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the leisure industry, and a track record of exceeding targets. * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the leisure market. * Lead and mentor a team of leisure sales professionals, setting clear targets and expectations. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service. The starting range for this position is $150,000-165,000. This is the pay rate for this position that Solage reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education. * Qualifications* * Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, with a focus on the leisure or hospitality industry. * Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams. * Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. * Passion for the leisure industry and a customer-centric mindset.
