The ideal candidate will have experience selling products. The successful candidate for this position will be dedicated and loyal and will be familiar with product pricing and management. Pre-Purchase Responsibilities: 1. Greet the customer and introduce themselves. 2. Ask the customer about their interest in purchasing a crystal. 3. Explain the features and benefits of the crystals. 4. Show the customer the different types of crystals available. 5. Answer any questions the customer may have. During Purchase Responsibilities: 1. Assist the customer in selecting a crystal. 2. Explain the customization options (e.g. engraving, lighting). 3. Handle the payment transaction. 4. Ensure the customer's contact information is accurate for any follow-up. Post-Purchase Responsibilities: 1. Thank the customer for their purchase. 2. Provide after-sales support (e.g. answering questions, resolving issues). 3. Offer any additional services (e.g. maintenance, repairs). 4. Invite the customer to leave feedback or review their experience. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift Work Location: In person
