Base Salary: $75,000.00 - 80,000.00/year, depending on experience Commission: 3% Net Sales, uncapped commssion * 2 different product verticals to sell from Position Type: Direct-Hire Role Type: Full-Time & Remote, Outbound Sales Representative Need to be Located Physically in: NYC, within the 5-boroughs, Long Island, or near the NY & CT border (outside of Yonkers). Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401K with Matching The Opportunity: The Outside Sales Representative is accountable for effectively seeking out new business prospects and overseeing current customer accounts to reach our monthly and yearly sales goals. The Sales Representative seeks out and interacts with potential customers to generate new business for our facilities, oversee existing customer relationships, and collaborates with various internal departments to ensure order fulfillment for clients. Responsibilities: * Capability to maneuver through a customer's organizational hierarchy and establish connections at various levels within the account's internal framework. * Examine current market trends and focus on strategic markets and expansion opportunities. * Surpass our volume and profit targets by cultivating new accounts in identified segments, enhancing growth in existing accounts, and assisting business development efforts. * Comprehend market forces and business factors that shape long-term commercial strategies and influence our sector and create plans to achieve corporate goals. * Achieve or surpass personal budgeted and sales volume targets to help the organization reach its yearly objectives. * Assess profitability rates to evaluate performance relative to budgeted goals and examine monthly financial reports. * Work with various teams to guarantee the successful implementation of the overall Sales strategy. * Work together with various teams to pinpoint value and create opportunities for enhancing margins. * Efficient use of the CRM system [please apply online] to consistently manage opportunities and the pipeline. * Oversee contractual agreements and negotiate long-term contracts.
