Your Patio Store - Boca Raton Location - Boca Raton, FL Are you ready to make over 100K in retail? We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate with proven retail floor sales experience. Be prepared to meet customers' expectations through in-depth product knowledge in a fast-paced showroom environment. We specialize in high-end outdoor furniture, made locally in Miami, FL, and offer a wide range of customization options. Our goal is to provide customers with a unique shopping experience while helping them create an outdoor space that perfectly matches their vision. Our sales representatives are more than just 'Order Takers.' Their role is to educate potential clients on the quality of our products and to offer creative ideas for outdoor spaces that clients may not have considered. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES * Proven experience in retail sales * Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, Saturdays, and Holidays. * A strong customer focus * Demonstrated success as a sales representative * Exceptional communication and customer service abilities * Strong organizational skills * Proficiency in Salesforce and Shopify is a plus * Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively as a team player with sales colleagues * Commitment to delivering quality solutions and maintaining effective customer relationships in a fast-paced environment. * Motivation necessary for achieving or surpassing objectives, * Ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player with sales colleagues. * Self-starter/self-motivated; driven to exceed established goals. * Resilient -- handles stress and rejection without reaction. * Excellent negotiation skills to secure and close deals. * Exceptional presentation skills, verbal skills, and equally strong listening skills. * Computer skills to include Microsoft Office Products. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to: * Deliver a positive shopping experience to every customer every time. * Maximize the sales experience through a positive attitude and knowledgeable approach to ensure excellent customer service. * Greet customers in a prompt, professional, polite manner. * Be courteous in answering customer questions; developing solutions, and making merchandise recommendations. * Communicate effectively with the customer as you move them through the sales process. * Effectively cooperate and work with peers, office personnel, and management. * Submit accurate post-sale order entries and complete the administrative process. * Keeps management informed by making suggestions and recommendations for changes in products, services, and processes. * Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge by attending meetings, and training sessions, and learning store sales functions. * Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. * Assume any additional duties that may be assigned. * Must be able to work overtime QUALIFICATIONS * Strong math functions - with the use of a calculator * Showroom sales experience is a plus * Computer skills, with working knowledge of the primary Microsoft Office programs. * Ability to successfully pass a background check and other pre-employment screening. * English must be your first language. Spanish and Russian speaker is a plus. * This is a relatively easy job. however, you must have the desire to be successful and want to earn a significant amount of money. Compensation: Full-time salary wage (Base Compensation $10,400 annually + Commission Structure. Potential Salary: $100,000.00 + per year.
