Role Overview: As a Leasing Specialist at Archstone, your mission is to maintain an occupancy on our properties of 95% by leasing to qualified applicants at premium rates. You'll take charge of capturing leads, responding promptly, conducting tours, and guiding prospects through each step of the leasing process to create a smooth, welcoming experience. Role Scorecard: * Occupancy Projection : 30-day occupancy projection of >95% per property. * Days Vacant : Achieve an average vacancy of less than 7 days. * % of Renewals: Average residents renewing >65% Role Responsibilities: * Market Available Units * Capture & Respond to Leads * Screen Prospects * Conduct Property Tours * Prepare & Execute Lease Agreements * Coordinate Move-Ins * Renew Current Residents Role Compensation * Starting at $19/hr * Monthly Bonuses Based on Occupancy * Benefits - PTO, Holidays, Full Health (covered by employer), Dental & Vision (covered by employee), 401k Qualifications: * Proven leasing or property management experience is preferred. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Knock, Yardi) is a plus. * Detail-oriented with the ability to follow standardized processes.
