Role

Overview

: As a Leasing Specialist at Archstone, your mission is to maintain an occupancy on our properties of 95% by leasing to qualified applicants at premium rates. You'll take charge of capturing leads, responding promptly, conducting tours, and guiding prospects through each step of the leasing process to create a smooth, welcoming experience. Role Scorecard:

• Occupancy Projection : 30-day occupancy projection of >95% per property.
• Days Vacant : Achieve an average vacancy of less than 7 days.
• % of Renewals: Average residents renewing >65% Role

Responsibilities

• Market Available Units
• Capture & Respond to Leads
• Screen Prospects
• Conduct Property Tours
• Prepare & Execute Lease Agreements
• Coordinate Move-Ins
• Renew Current Residents Role

Compensation

• Starting at $19/hr
• Monthly Bonuses Based on Occupancy

Qualifications

:

• Proven leasing or property management experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Knock, Yardi) is a plus.
