About the Job: The Corporate Real Estate Manager will oversee Ironclad's real estate portfolio and support our long-term growth strategy. This role works closely with leaders across the country to secure and manage sites that support operations and business development. You will be responsible for lease administration, acquisitions, and transactions, while managing third-party real estate partners and optimizing assets across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and evaluate new sites that support long-term company growth. * Manage the existing portfolio of corporate real estate assets. * Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and property managers. * Oversee all real estate transactions, including acquisitions, subleases, lease-ups, and dispositions. * Implement systems and processes to improve transaction and lease management. * Maintain accurate documentation for leases, purchase agreements, and rent schedules. * Create asset plans for each property to maximize performance and value. * Collaborate with business leaders at all levels to align real estate with company goals. * Ensure all corporate real estate records are organized and up to date. * Capable of working extended hours as needed. * Perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree preferred. * 3+ years of experience in corporate or commercial real estate, with a focus on industrial properties. * Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Able to maintain confidentiality and work in an open office setting. * Willing and able to travel as needed. * Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree.
