We are looking to add efficient, hard- working individuals that will excel in both our direct to consumer and eCommerce department. If you are tech savvy, energetic, organized, love sales, love speaking/building relationships with customers while buying and selling a wide range of today 's hottest electronics [closing deal after deal], such as iPhones and MacBooks, to Nintendo 64 consoles and games, this position is for you. This is a fast paced, exciting front-end position: no day in a PayMore Store is ever the same. Responsibilities : * Greet and explain our company processes to incoming customers. Build relationships with customers. * Identify and test a wide range of consumer electronics from our customers. * Determine pricing for a wide range of electronics from smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems and more through our software, and referencing additional resources provided. * Negotiate pricing with our customers, keeping a professional attitude, demeanor and business acumen. * Close sales and generate intake receipts. Requirements : * Must have excellent electronics knowledge and handling of smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems - e.g. data wiping smartphones, removing iCloud accounts, testing game systems, Windows use, MacOS use, being able to quickly identify, test, and assess a wide variety of consumer electronics while communicating with customers in a high paced environment. * Must be a people person, ability to befriend, relate, and build relationships with all types of customers. Ability to remain focused in a high volume/fast paced environment - Ability to adapt from customer to customer, situation to situation * Must be able to type quickly and accurately. Accuracy is paramount as you will be entering in final records of purchase. * Punctual, "get it done" upbeat attitude, team player, professional demeanor. * Must be able to follow protocol and procedures. * Professional appearance. * Must be well spoken (English) Bilingual Spanish a major plus. * Understanding of eBay and basic use as a reference/search tool, Basic use of excel. * Sales experience a plus, but not required. * Bilingual Spanish a plus, but not required. * Must be able to remain on your feet for hours at a time, possibly 8+ hours. Ability to lift 25lb items. Junior Buyer Compensation : * Hourly pay: $15/hr-$17.50/hr based on experience Advancement to key holder positions, Senior buyer/seller and Management available (Pay Negotiable based on experience) * OT after 40 hrs/week Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
