Position Summary: We're seeking a results-driven, strategic, and passionate Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and maximize revenue through proactive prospecting, account management, and community engagement. This role is ideal for a hospitality sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building meaningful client relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that targets group, corporate, and local accounts * Conduct sales calls, site tours, and presentations to generate new business * Foster relationships with local businesses, tourism organizations, and community groups * Collaborate with the General Manager and revenue management to ensure alignment on rate strategy and forecast * Represent the hotel at networking events, and community functions * Manage sales reporting, CRM updates, and weekly sales activity tracking * Lead team members to support the overall sales effort Qualifications: * Proven experience in hotel sales (2+ years preferred) * Strong knowledge of the local market and business development strategies * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Ability to work independently and drive results * Familiarity with sales CRM systems Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Hotel Sales: 2 years (Required) * Director of Sales: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: * Roanoke, TX 76262 (Required) Work Location: In person
