About the Role

: Cobra Express Car Wash is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer- focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Membership Sales Associate. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers at our pay stations
• Educate customers on our Unlimited Wash Memberships and actively promote sign-ups
• Load vehicles safely into the wash tunnel
• Manage and update customer membership accounts
• Maintain cleanliness of the site, including vacuum areas and grounds
• Support all daily operations of the car wash as needed What We're Looking For:
• Outgoing and friendly personality with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable engaging customers all day and promoting services
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
