We take pride in working with our clients, providing our Customer Support Representatives with opportunities to participate in business outreach and having a supportive management staff dedicated to the development of our Customer Support Representative team. Our team of professionals is determined, motivated, and excited to spread awareness and make a massive impact. Responsibilities as a Customer Support Representative: * Communicate clearly with customers while maintaining composure, resolving concerns, and overcoming challenges as needed to ensure customer satisfaction * Properly prepare for customers by developing proposals, preparing for objections, and attending daily sales meetings * Engage in the sales process with each customer from start to finish for a clear and efficient close on the sale, increasing company profit margins * Professionally represent our clients driving increased awareness through superior customer interaction * Develop effective sales strategies to improve consumer education and increase sales margins * Educate consumers on how our services can improve their communication with friends and family * Efficiently navigate order entry system and schedule dates as necessary Requirements as a Customer Support Representative: * Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or client relations is a plus * Self-starter who approaches their profession with integrity and passion * Enthusiasm for making a difference in consumer's lives * Ability to work effectively both as an individual and as a member of a team * Highly persuasive, customer-centric, courteous, self-disciplined, and honest work ethic * Unrivaled interpersonal skills with the ability to overturn objections and close any sale Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Performance bonus Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
