Job Title: Property Manager Job Type: Full Time Salary: $19-$21 / hour - based on experience Monarch Management Group Inc. is a rapidly growing property management company with properties spread throughout the Commonwealth of PA. We have a diverse portfolio of affordable housing properties, including single family homes and veteran housing communities, that we strive to keep safe, welcoming, and well-maintained for our residents. Responsibilities: * Oversee the daily operations of assigned buildings * Ensure buildings are well-maintained and comply with all regulations * Manage leasing activities, including tenant screening, lease signing, and renewals * Handle resident concerns and resolve issues promptly * Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors (if applicable) for repairs and upkeep * Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and guidelines * Foster a positive community environment for residents MMG is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from all qualified individuals.
