We are looking for this position to develop & manage partner relationships, as well as, first onsite customer interaction. Through expansion and preservation of our partner base you will create opportunities to assist homeowners in their time of need. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results driven individual who is process oriented and focused on growth. Outside sales experience is preferred. Position Responsibilities: * Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying B2B clients to fostering lasting partnerships * Cultivate strong professional relationships with our referral sources and trade partners, which include, but are not limited to, plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, insurance agents and public adjusters * Deliver effective sales presentations in person * Remain in frequent contact with your partners to understand their needs * Plan and manage appointment schedules * Maintain exceptional internal and external customer communication * Maintain accurate sales documentation What We Offer: * Base Salary plus commission $60,000 plus commission * Company Car with fuel card, phone, laptop * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance * 401k with a 4% Company Match * Generous Paid time off If you are a highly-motivated professional with a passion for helping others during times of need, we encourage you to apply! Requirements: Sales and Marketing Experience: * Proven experience as an outside sales representative. * Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus * Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships * Organizational and time-management skills * Enthusiastic and passionate * Must be a road warrior
