Route Sales Representative - Philadelphia, PA Drive Sales. Build Relationships. Maximize Earnings. Do you have the grit and determination to cold call, hustle, and close deals directly on-site with customers? If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Bronwick Recruiting is looking for a driven and competitive Route Sales Representative to sell sinks and tools directly from a company-provided box truck in the Philadelphia area. You'll be the face of our brand, building relationships with fabrication shops and construction professionals while delivering top-tier products on the spot.

What You'll Do

: Sell sinks and tools directly from your company-provided box truck. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with fabrication shops, contractors, and construction professionals. Cover a 200-250 mile radius (overnight travel may be required). Load, unload, and deliver heavy sinks (50-150 lbs) and supplies with care and efficiency. Proactively cold call and generate new market opportunities. Hit and exceed sales targets (50-80 units per month). Maintain accurate records and sales reports to track progress and opportunities. What We're Looking For: Route sales or tool truck sales experience (preferred). Fabrication shop background or construction knowledge (a plus). Strong physical stamina - ability to lift and transport heavy sinks. Competitive, "scrappy" attitude - you love the thrill of closing a sale. Excellent communication & relationship-building skills - you know how to connect with customers and keep them coming back. Self-motivated and results-driven - you're always looking to maximize your earnings. Bilingual skills (a plus, but not required). $$$ What 's in It for You?
