We are in need of an experienced and talented Assistant Property Manager , to join our Multi family apartment community in Federal Way, WA

Responsibilities

:

• Assist the Property Manager with resident, staff and community needs
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and prospective tenants
• Assist with property leasing activities, delinquency, evictions, Accounts Receivable
• Manage renewals, delinquencies, violations, evictions,move in and outs
• financial management
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure property upkeep and maintenance
• Support all administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records and data entry
• Assist in sales and negotiation process related to property leasing and maintenance

Requirements

:

• Property leasing experience for a market rent community
• Yardi experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a assistant property manager
• Strong Accounts Receivable and Delinquency skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Outstanding Customer Service
• Must have solid experience with violations, notices and evictions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure of deadlines.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on exceeding expectations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork and documents.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
