Responsibilities

:

• Collaborate with agents to create customized sales proposals and assist with installing group benefits.
• Focus primarily on groups with fewer than 50 members, handling:
• Proposal creation
• Carrier requests
• Benefit guidance
• Develop custom spreadsheets to help agents market to current and prospective clients.
• Respond to inquiries about small business ancillary and worksite products, such as dental, vision, and life insurance.
• Guide agents through the policy installation process by:
• Providing detailed information on small business health products
• Checking paperwork for accuracy
• Submitting clean documentation to carriers
• Oversee and organize agents' policies, submitted data, and internal business communications.
• Compile and manage carrier data for each group market within the organization.
• Gain a general understanding of the group health insurance market and ancillary and worksite coverages.
• Use CRM and carrier enrollment platforms specific to the Benefit Operations Department. Ideal Candidate:
• Experience with health insurance
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
