Job Title: Part-Time Leasing Consultant Location: Townes at Hampden, Mechanicsburg, PA ([please apply online] Compensation: Competitive hourly rate plus commission for new leases Schedule: Monday-Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM Availability: Ability to show up to four units per day (each showing approx. 30 minutes) About the Role Townes at Hampden, a well-maintained residential rental community in Hampden Township, is seeking a friendly and motivated Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with people and has a passion for helping others find their ideal home. Key Responsibilities * Conduct engaging and informative tours of our townhomes, showcasing features, amenities, and community highlights. * Respond promptly and professionally to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits. * Guide prospective tenants through the application and leasing process. * Perform final walkthroughs and assist new residents with move-in paperwork and orientation.
