Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in-home consultations to present and sell Davenport Solutions' cell phone and internet services to potential customers. * Educate customers on the benefits and features of our services, including cost savings and enhanced connectivity. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and referrals. * Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. * Provide detailed and accurate information about our service plans, pricing, and promotions. * Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. * Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Telecommunications Sales Advisor Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus. * Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. * A positive attitude and a passion for technology and customer service.
