Closets by McKenry is an award winning design company making an impact on each client's life. When your designs are implemented by our professional installers your client will have an entirely new space that will exceed their expectations. While we will provide leads, you will be expected to also generate additional prospective leads through your personal and professional networks. DESIGN - The position entails providing and in-home or virtual assessment of client's needs, measuring spaces for the design, then creating designs and proposal on ClosetPro design software (training provided). SALES - It is your responsibility to closet the deal. Our showroom is excellent venue to review proposal with your client. You also have the option of designing while at the client's home which will make a quicker close. We will provide: -Autonomy - flexible work schedule -Technology - design software and laptop provided -Compensation Package - Performance based compensation, commission and bonuses -Benefits - Medical after 90 day of employment for full time employment. -Outside sales experience with a proved track record of meeting metrics and know as a "closer" -Valid Driver's License -Ability to kneel and stoop for on-site measuring with measuring tools. -Detail oriented -Experience with computer software ability to perform simple math skills a must Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Work Location: In person
