Customer Experience Agent

• Provide outstanding product knowledge and support to help customers make confident buying decisions

• Work closely with teammates and leadership to achieve daily and weekly goals
• Participate in team meetings, sales training, and company-wide events What We 're Looking For:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-facing or sales experience preferred (retail, hospitality, etc.)

• Ability to work on-site and interact with customers in person
