Job Description * Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) by the State of Florida * 5 - 10 years experience in Community Management * Oversee a portfolio of Associations working with the Boards and Communities * Respond to Board and Owner requests * Manage maintenance proposal processes (RFI, RFP) * Manage vendors and maintenance within the communities * Provide support for Board Meetings and Community Reviews * Excellent customer service - focused on understanding and patience * Strong communication and time management skills * Very knowledgable in MS Office and Web applications * Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and think and work independently * Must have a valid Driver's License and insurance The individual would be expected to have a smartphone (preferably, Apple) - and comfortable working with iPads and web applications.
