Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm, Saturdays 10:00 am-2:00 pm Location: Summer Green Apartments 110 E Hawkins Parkway Longview, TX 75605 Responsibilities: * Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants * Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities * Lease vacant apartments to new residents * Renew leasing contracts with existing residents * Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts * Assist property team with marketing efforts * Participate in community outreach for brand awareness * Fostering and maintaining relationships with on-site residents What We Need From You: * High school diploma or equivalent * 6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service * Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Exceptional organizational skills What We Offer You: * Competitive pay based on experience (Up to $15 hourly!) * New lease commissions! * Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise every year * 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a matching component. * Amazing medical starting at $45 per month for employees * Dental and Vision Insurance * Life and Disability Insurance * Paid Holidays * Paid Time Off, 1stYear = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours * Housing Discounts Equal Opportunity Employer
