Permanent part-time position as co-assistant manager at 2 independent senior citizen apartment complexes. Should have some Microsoft word, excel and other basic computer program usage experience. No leasing experience necessary but must be willing to learn. Will be required to follow all federal and state fair housing guidelines and attend fair housing seminars if/when necessary. Duties will include but not be limited to assisting property manager, answering phones, writing and following up on maintenance work orders, accepting and recording rental payments, showing and leasing apartments, organizing tenant files and other filing, handling vendors and accounts payable... Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.00 per hour Work Location: Multiple locations
