Regional Director of Sales & Marketing - * _Location: Greater Rio Grande Valley area of Texas | Industry: Skilled Nursing / Post-Acute Care*_ * Must live near the upper or lower Rio Grande Valley or Corpus Christi, TX areas A leading skilled nursing organization is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Regional Sales & Marketing Leader to drive census growth and develop high- impact referral partnerships across a multi-community region. About the Role: This leadership position is responsible for executing sales strategies, coaching high-performing teams, and building strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and payor partners. You'll be the catalyst behind our census success--leading admissions initiatives, optimizing referral pipelines, and ensuring alignment across communities. What You 'll Do: * Lead the development and execution of sales plans to meet regional census goals * Coach and mentor sales liaisons through weekly calls, site visits, and one-on-one support * Strengthen hospital, physician, and payor partnerships to drive admissions * Oversee onboarding and training for new sales/admissions hires * Audit admissions processes and support improvements across communities * Collaborate with leadership on branding, collateral, and marketing campaigns * Identify new business opportunities through data-driven market analysis What We 're Looking For: * 5+ years of healthcare sales leadership, preferably in skilled nursing or post-acute care with previous multi-community/area/regional business development experience * Proven success in census growth and referral development * Strong coaching skills and a hands-on, strategic mindset Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Referral program * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insurance Willingness to travel: * 75% (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
