As a Leasing Consultant at M Group Residential, you'll be the face of our community--transforming prospects into residents, crafting exceptional living experiences, and ensuring every interaction feels welcoming. This isn't just leasing; it's curating lifestyles. What You 'll Do: Leasing Superstar (50%) - Respond to leads, give unforgettable tours, and close leases with confidence. Resident Hero (40%) - Be the go-to for questions, move-ins, and fostering a community people adore. Behind-the-Scenes Pro (10%) - Manage leases, track data in ResMan (or similar), and ensure seamless move-ins. What We 're Looking For: Apartment leasing experience A people-first attitude--you're warm, engaging, love helping others and love to communicate in English and Spanish Tech-savvy with leasing software (ResMan, Knock CRM, Asana etc) A sales mindset--you know how to ask for the business while keeping it genuine.
