Full description of the position

Are you a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven individual looking to make an impact in fire safety? Fire Escape Services Network is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to engage with businesses, municipalities, city officials and more to introduce all of our fire escape solutions and grow our client base. What You 'll Be Doing: Cold Calling & Outreach - Engage business owners, property managers, municipalities, and institutions (hospitals, schools, colleges, safety towers) to introduce our fire escape inspections, design, project management, vendor oversight, fabrication, and installation services. City Official Engagement - Connect with fire and building officials to discuss fire escape regulations, upcoming inspections, and code requirements in their jurisdictions. RFP & Vendor Coordination - Assist in the Request for Proposals (RFP) process by sourcing vendors, acquiring bids, and building relationships between vendors and clients. Lead Generation & Follow-Ups - Support our sales and service teams by generating leads, following up with clients, vendors, and city officials, and maintaining key relationships. What We 're Looking For: Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented Comfortable with cold calling & outbound sales Strong communication & relationship-building skills Organized with attention to detail Why Join Us? Qualifications & Requirements: 3+ years of experience in outbound phone sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and lead generation. Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and service teams. Experience using Microsoft Teams & Word. Strong knowledge of sales processes and call techniques. Highly organized, goal-driven, and able to work independently & in a team.
