Job Responsibilities include Welcome current and prospective residents Provide exceptional customer service Showing and leasing apartment homes Completion of all applications and lease documents Assist Property Manager in daily operations Communicate effectively and professionally with resident and co-workers Experience/Skills: Prior, sales or customer experience is helpful, but not necessary Knowledge of computer programs, including Word and Excel Communication skills including communication in person, utilizing the phone and email, and professional written communication Ability to work as part of a team Must be able to work weekends.
