We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales with a background in the Martech industry to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling Martech solutions to Enterprise clients and agencies. Responsibilities: * Develop and Implement Sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners. * Lead and Mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve team goals and individual targets. * Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive sales. * Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success teams to drive product adoption (Byonic) and customer satisfaction. * Monitor sales performance metrics and KPI's to track progress and identify areas for improvement. * Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to position the company as a leader in the Martech space.
